Can I order any spare parts for my roller or injector?
Unfortunately we do not manufacture the rollers or injectors ourselves, and we are unable to get a supply of the spare parts.

I live outside of the US, who can I contact to get more information about your products?
National Tobacco is the exclusive US distributor of Zig-Zag products. If you live in Canada please contact our Canadian distributor, Imperial Tobacco at www.imperialtobaccocanada.com and click on the “Contact Us” link.

I would like to go to work for your company who should I contact?
Thanks for your interest in working for our great company. We currently post all of our open positions at www.careerbuilder.com, please check the site frequently for new opportunities.

Can I order directly from your company or do you have a catalog with your products and prices?
We do not offer any items for sale directly to retail or consumer customers from our web site, nor do we have a mail order catalog.

I am a retail/wholesale account and would like to order direct from your company or have a sales rep contact me.

Do you offer apparel, signage, etc for sale?
We do not have any merchandise available at this time.

Do you have any free samples you can send me?
We do not send out any free samples.
